• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Extensive marketing experience, preferably within the digital assets/fintech industry 
• Deep understanding of blockchain, digital asset markets, and financial products 
• Proficient in the latest online marketing strategies and analytical tools, with a proven track record of driving growth through data-driven marketing 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills and a customer-centric approach to marketing 
• Dynamic and proactive team player with a hands-on mentality, persuasive skills and a drive for innovation 
• Fluency in German and English is essential; additional languages like French are highly advantageous
