About the job
We are seeking an energetic and highly results driven leadership personality to join our growing dynamic team at Celsion as Head of Relationship Management, with the primary place of work in Liechtenstein. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in business development, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation within private banking or wealth management, coupled with a proven track record of cultivating lasting client partnerships and driving growth initiatives tailored to sophisticated client segments. In this pivotal role, you will directly advance Celsion’s strategic objectives, working in close collaboration with the Chief Client Officer and other key stakeholders across the firm. You will play a decisive role in enhancing our market positioning, driving success of new business opportunities, and supporting the development of innovative financial solutions.
Your responsibilities
  • Executing Celsion’s commercial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and the regulatory environment
  • Acquiring, cultivating, and deepening relationships with sophisticated, wealthy clients, overseeing the successful delivery of our digital assets focused product suite
  • Leading business growth through proactive identification of market trends and strategic partnerships, ensuring sustainable profitability and retention
  • Building and establishing effective processes that support Celsion’s growth, enhancing operational efficiency and enabling scalable success
  • Leading and educating a high-performing client engagement team, fostering a collaborative culture and continuous professional development focused on exceeding client expectations
  • Mentoring and developing team members, championing a collaborative environment that promotes learning, innovation, and excellence
  • Contributing to enhance Celsion’s product and service portfolio to meet the needs of an evolving digital banking environment
What you offer
  • Professional experience of at least 10 years in a finance, private banking or wealth management environment, ideally with exposure to digital assets or comparable financial markets
  • Higher education such as FH/university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related industry certifications (CFA, CWMA, CDAA or similar)
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products and services, regulatory frameworks and wealth management principles
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to drive success by leading, guiding and empowering a team of professionals to turn ideas into action
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a client-centric, consultative approach and a focus on conversion
  • Strong ability to fluently articulate complex topics in German and English to different audiences; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience, knowledge or curiosity about digital assets and crypto is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work with and manage teams in a fast-moving fintech environment
