About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Relationship Manager to join our growing team at Celsion, with primary place of work in Liechtenstein. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management within private banking or wealth management, with a proven ability to support the cultivation of lasting client partnerships and contribute to growth initiatives targeting sophisticated client segments. In this essential role, you will support the advancement of Celsion’s strategic objectives by working closely with the Head of Relationship Management, the Chief Client Officer, and other key stakeholders across the firm. You will directly contribute to enhancing our market positioning, driving the success of new business opportunities, and aiding in the development of innovative financial solutions.
Your responsibilities
  • Supporting the execution of Celsion’s commercial strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Acquiring, cultivating, and deepening relationships with sophisticated, wealthy clients, overseeing the successful delivery of our digital assets focused product suite
  • Supporting business growth through Identifying market trends and strategic partnership development ensuring sustainable profitability and client retention
  • Helping to implement and maintain effective processes that support Celsion’s growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders and departments, actively contributing to a high-performance culture focused on exceeding client expectations
  • Participating in ongoing learning and development activities to enhance personal and team capabilities
  • Providing input to the enhancement of Celsion’s product and service portfolio, aligning offerings with the evolving needs of a digital banking environment
What you offer
  • Professional experience of at least 7 years in finance, private banking, or wealth management, preferably with some exposure to digital assets or comparable financial markets
  • Higher education such as a FH/university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant industry certifications (CFA, CWMA, CDAA, or equivalent)
  • Sound understanding of financial markets, products and services, regulatory frameworks, and wealth management concepts
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused, consultative approach aimed at driving conversion and relationship development
  • Ability to clearly and fluently articulate complex topics in German and English to diverse audiences; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience, knowledge or curiosity about digital assets and crypto is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work in and with teams in a fast-paced moving fintech environment
