System Engineer (80–100%)

About the job

As a System Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic IT team and take joint responsibility for the reliable operation and continuous development of our modern IT landscape. You will design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions that meet high standards of security, performance, and availability. In addition, you will contribute your expertise to successfully complete innovative IT projects and play a key role in shaping the company’s future IT strategy.

Your responsibilities

Ensure smooth operation, monitoring, and optimization of IT infrastructure(cloud services).
Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure and security projects.
Manage virtualization, containerization, and cloud platforms(Azure).
Implement and maintain security measures in line with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, ISO 27001).
Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide 2nd/3rd level support.
Automate processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate closely with IT colleagues, business units, and external providers.
Evaluate new technologies and bring forward innovative solutions.
Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing.

What you offer

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of professional experience as a System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
Strong knowledge in:
1. Cloud Platforms(Azure)
2. Microsoft 365 & collaboration platforms
3. Backup, Monitoring and security solutions
Experience with automation (PowerShell, Cloud Shell, or similar).
Familiarity with regulatory environments (finance/banking experience is a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle time-sensitive operations
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mentality
Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive work style.
